Our Elders serve together on a board. They preach and teach on a rotational basis as they share the sermon and teaching responsibilities. They also meet on a regular basis and make decisions together as they all hold equal authority. They hold firmly to the qualifications of an Elder, found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7.
